Shipping Promotion
We are currently running a free shipping promotion, this means no shipping costs will be added to your order at the checkout if you are within the United Kingdom.
When will my order arrive?
We strive to provide a high level of service to our customers and aim to dispatch all orders on the same day. This usually means that Most of the time your purchase is delivered the next working day.
On the rare occasion that an item is oversold and there is not enough stock available we will attempt to source the product and dispatch it within 5 working days. Should this not be possible we will provide the cutomer with a full refund.
If you have placed an order with Qfonic Technology and it has not arrived seven days after your payment please contact us so we can look into it for you.
The majority of orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - this means you will need to sign for the package on receipt - if you are not available at the time of delivery the Post Man will leave a 'While You Were Out' card and you will be able to collect your item from the local Royal Mail depot.
